Who are we?
We came to the US in 1999, working for a big American corporation. After about three months here, we started to miss our Dutch goodies a lot, and went to look for them. We did not find much and figured, well, lets just start selling it ourselves! Eef, the owner, set up an online store called Orangepackage.com, this was in 2001. After running the online store for two and a half years she quit her day job, and in 2003 opened a physical store in Denver, called Dubbel Dutch. Now, 20 plus years later, Dutch Food in America is the contemporary replacement of Orangepackage.com, with a wider assortment of goodies, discounted shipping, electronic gift cards, and still with the same personal service. Lekker hoor, eet smakelijk en een fijne dag, groetjes!
