Spice mix for Rendang 

shallots, garlic, salt, vegetable oil, coriander, ginger, chili, lemongrass, pepper

Boil 500 gr cubed beef in 500 ml broth, boil till the meat is tender

Add Bamboe Spice Mix , cook and simmer until the sauce thickens

Pour in 65 ml thick coconut milk, simmer and stir until sauce has thickened

Serve with hot rice
