Needed:
500 gr beef (chuck works well for stewing)
Wok or vegetable oil

Fry the meat in 2 tablespoons of oil. Add the paste mix and 300 ml of water. Bring to a boil, cover, and let simmer on low heat for about 50 minutes. Remove the cover and let simmer for another 10 minutes.

Serve with rice
