Needed:
1 package of boterkoekmix
200 gr butter
1 egg
24 cm baking tray
Mix the butter smooth, add the boterkoekmix and 2/3 of the egg. Mix till dough is smooth and consistent. Add dough to the baking tray, spread out with a wet spoon, top with the rest of the egg. Make lines with a fork
Bake for about 25 minutes at 180 degrees Celcius (depends on the type of oven though, more info on boterkoekmix package).
Let cool down for about 1 hour before taking out of the baking tray
