Needed:
225 gr (1/2 package) Koopmans cakemeel
200 gr butter
200 gr sugar (white basterdsugar if available)
3 eggs
25 ml milk (2 table spoons)
cake pan 30 cm

Preheat the oven, butter the inside of the cake pan.
Stir the butter until smooth, add the sugar and mix till smooth. Add the eggs one by one while stirring, keep on stirring/mixing till smooth. Add the cake mix and the milk and stir till smooth.
Add the batter to the cake pan. Bake for about 60-70 minutes until golden brown. When ready let cool down for 10 minutes. Take the cake out of the pan and let cool down further
