Needed:
1 package poffertjesmix
800 ml milk
2 eggs
butter or oil
poffertjespan
mixer
Add mix to a bowl and add the milk. Mix until smooth. Stir in the 2 eggs and 3 table spoons of oil and mix.
Heat the poffertjespan and grease it with butter. Pour batter in the holes with a table spoon. Bake both sides golden brown. Serve with poedersuiker and butter
