Pannenkoeken meergranen, 400 gr

6 cereals 98% (wheat flour, buckwheat flour, oatmeal, barley flour, corn flour, rye flour), salt, raising agents (mono calcium phosphates, potassium bicarbonate)

contains wheat, rye, oats, barley
may contain egg, milk

Needed:
1 package of pannenkoekenmix
900 ml milk
2 eggs
butter or oil

Put the mix in a bowl and add half of the milk (about 425 ml). Mix till smooth. While stirring, add the rest of the milk and the 2 eggs.

Put a bit of butter (or oil) in a frying pan and heat up well. Add batter to the pan, even out, and bake both sides golden brown
