This mix makes heerlijke pancakes, if you don't poor the batter in too thick, these pancakes are like crepes, nice thin and crispy 

wheat flour, buckwheat flour, corn flour, raising agents
(potassium carbonate, calcium phosphates) salt.

Contains wheat and buckwheat. May contain traces of
egg and milk.

Needed:
1 package of pannenkoekenmix
850 ml milk
2 eggs
butter or oil

Put the mix in a bowl and add half of the milk (about 425 ml). Mix till smooth. While stirring, add the rest of the milk and the 2 eggs.

Put a bit of butter (or oil) in a frying pan and heat up well. Add batter to the pan, even out, and bake both sides golden brown
